Children's Museum
The Woodlands Children's Museum is a premier nonprofit museum with a hands on environment for children to learn and play in in a hometown atmosphere. Volunteers have the opportunity to work and play side by side with the children to help them develop an interest and knowledge in the exhibits offered.

Class Act Productions
Class Act Productions provides opportunities for area youth in the performing arts. NCL provides both financial assistance and volunteer work for this organization. NCL provides ushers, set up and clean up help as their volunteer work.  Class Act Productions
 
Habitat for Humanity
Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County is a locally run affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, a nonprofit, ecumenical Christian housing organization.   Habitat for Humanity works in partnership with people in need to  build and renovate decent, affordable housing.   The houses then are sold to those in need at no profit and with no interest charged. NCL Volunteers provide light construction, landscaping and other clerical and general assistance as needed to the organization.  Habitat for Humanity

 

Humane Society of Montgomery County
The Humane Society serves Montgomery County by sheltering and encouraging the adoption of animals. National Charity League has helped with the care of animals by feeding, walking and grooming them. Other contributions from NCL have been through food and financial assistance.

Interfaith Food Pantry
The Interfaith Food Pantry serves South Montgomery County needy families. NCL helps by collecting, sorting, donating and bagging food in this year round philanthropy.

Interfaith's Adopt-A-Family
The Ticktockers in each class raise money during the fall that is then used to buy Christmas gifts for needy families. Each class adopts a family and then goes shopping to purchase items from a wish list.

Interfaith Hand-Me-Up Shop
The Interfaith Hand-Me-Up Shop takes in donated cloths and other items for resale. NCL helps to sort, tag, price and also donates items. Woodlands Interfaith
 
Meals on Wheels
Meals on Wheels serve over 300 meals to homebound citizens every day. NCL helps by delivering meals two times a week to residents year round. National Charity League also helps meals on wheels financially with donations that are used to sponsor meals for the citizens and buy kitchen supplies and equipment. http://www.thefriendshipcenter.com/
 
Regent Care Bingo
NCL visits with the senior citizen residents and helping to play bingo. This is a year round, weekly philanthropy for both Patronesses and Ticktockers.
 
Relay For Life
Relay For Life is an inspirational event sponsored by the American Cancer Society of Montgomery County. Cancer survivors, family and friends receive pledges to walk or run to earn money to help the fight against cancer. It is usually in the spring at the track at The Woodlands College Park High School. NCL assists in registration, set-up, and any other support they need during the event.

South Montgomery County Library
The South Montgomery Library offers reading and educational programs to the community. NCL has helped with shelving, summer reading, puppet shows, and book sales. NCL has also made monetary donations that have been used to purchase books. SMC Library
 
Special Olympics
Special Olympics give people with handicaps a chance to participate in athletic events. Ticktockers and Patronesses have helped with track and field and softball in the annual event.

The Woodlands Children's Festival
The Children's Festival is an annual event to promote cultural interaction, educating children while creating a fun atmosphere. Patronesses and Ticktockers help by working booths such as face painting, crafts, and games.

Interfaith Holiday Toy Drive
NCL conducts toy drives for children and young adults of Montgomery County at Christmas time. Almost 300 children receive new toys at Christmas through this program. NCL also helps with the sorting and distribution of the gifts and toys to needy families.
 
The Woodlands Ballet Theater
The Woodlands Ballet Theater is a nonprofit organization in our community that exists to foster and promote dance in our community and to make dance and the performing arts accessible to all residents including an educational outreach program.
